After the initial food service new construction bid had come in over budget, Food Service Directors at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin called in Boelter to refine the design and make it more affordable. The Boelter team enhanced early ideas, identified cost savings opportunities, made equipment recommendations that fit the facility’s goals. Overall, we came in with a 75% smaller budget than the original proposal.
