Back in 2014, Watertown Regional Medical Center in Watertown, Wisconsin decided they were in need of a new cafeteria and kitchen to meet their patients’ needs. As one of the largest hospitals in the area, it was important to them to emphasize quantity without sacrificing quality. In addition to completely remodeling the existing cafeteria, a brand new 2,000 sqft kitchen was built with state-of-the-art equipment. This was to ensure the hospital could offer the best possible dining hall service and room service in the area.

This was to ensure the hospital could offer the best possible dining hall service and room service in the area. However, the hospital didn’t stop there. In 2015, Watertown Regional Medical Center added a 2,400 sqft servery to offer additional food options and features for their customers. Overall, the new hospital was a $500,000 project, and greatly increased the quality of food being produced at the hospital. In fact, residents from the local area will sometimes visit just to eat in the cafeteria.
