The goal of the project at Fort Riley’s existing kitchen and dining room was to provide a number of equipment enhancements, upgrades, and remodeling services.

At the Pearl Harbor base, Boelter's Citisco team installed new equipment, identified needed upgrades and designed and equipped a quick-serve kiosk.

Updates at the Pentagon included new satellite kitchens, snack bars, coffee shops, a modern food court, a fine dining restaurant, and the Center Court Café.

Modifying the military food service design for increased functionality, Boelter helped complete the massive Fort Lee dining project in 90 days.

As of 2015, Boelter's specialty government branch Citisco provides galley equipment for cooking, warewashing, food prep and laundry for two naval vessels.
